Job summary

Mclaurin Aerospace seeks a Technical Master Scheduler to support NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. You will develop, maintain, and analyze complex project schedules using MS Project and coordinate with project managers, subsystem leads, and test engineers to align tasks, dependencies, and resources.

You will identify schedule risks, perform critical path analyses, and deliver clear status reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with program milestones and configuration control

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2–5 years of experience in the field or related area.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, baselining, and custom reporting.
  • Familiarity with NASA/JSC flight hardware development, testing, or mission operations.
  • Strong understanding of waterfall scheduling methodologies and integrated master scheduling principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Master Scheduler to join our JETS II contract team at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.
