Reframe Data Service in North Bethesda is seeking a technically fluent Technical Marketing/SEO Engineer to drive organic growth across Legis1, AllCiv, and AllSci.

You will own technical SEO strategy, coordinate with engineering, and ensure fast, discoverable platforms with rich snippets and accurate structured data. This role demands hands-on SEO expertise, SQL-like data handling, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical SEO experience in SaaS, AI, or data-driven companies.
• Hands-on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience with schema markup and crawl budget optimization.
• Proficiency with enterprise SEO crawlers and log file analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Python or Node.js for automation and scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must work full time, in person, at the North Bethesda office.

About Reframe Data Service

Reframe Data Service is hiring a technically fluent, AI forward Technical Marketing/SEO Engineer to drive organic growth across its portfolio: Legis1 (legislative intelligence platform), AllCiv (civic engagement and political data platform), AllSci (AI native scientific knowledge platform).

You’ll own technical SEO strategy and execution across multiple sites, working closely with engineering to ensure our platforms are fully discoverable, fast, and optimized for search. We want an entrepreneurial engineer with hands on SEO expertise who has scaled organic traffic for SaaS or data driven products.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Development

• Read, modify, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand page rendering
• Familiarity with Google Search Console
• Manage crawlability of client side rendered frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Implement JSON LD schema markup and structured data to earn rich snippets
• Understand HTTP status codes, redirect logic, CDN configurations, and SSL/TLS
• Use Python or Node.js to automate audits and scrape data across thousands of URLs

Email Marketing & Outbound Campaigns

• Manage and optimize our AI-driven outbound email platform to drive lead generation and nurture prospects
• Design, test, and iterate email sequences, subject lines, and messaging for maximum open/response rates
• Segment audiences and personalize outreach at scale using AI-powered tools

Performance & Architecture

• Optimize Core Web Vitals including LCP, INP, and CLS
• Manage crawl budget through robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and internal linking
• Analyze server log files to understand how search bots crawl our sites
• Ensure mobile first indexing parity between desktop and mobile
• Manage hreflang tags and localized URLs for international SEO where applicable

Tools & Reporting

• Run enterprise audits using Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl (Lumar), or Botify
• Utilize Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools at an expert level
• Pull and interpret data from GA4, Adobe Analytics, or BigQuery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical SEO experience, ideally at a SaaS, AI, or data driven company
• Hands on expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks
• Experience with schema markup, structured data, and crawl budget optimization
• Proficiency with enterprise SEO crawlers and log file analysis tools
• Comfortable with Python or Node.js for automation and scripting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Must work full time, in person, at the North Bethesda office
