Job summary

Matrix Adhesives Group is seeking a senior technical leader to oversee the local NPD and QC teams. You will mentor staff, manage regional projects, and ensure EHS and quality systems are maintained. Collaboration with commercial teams will shape the technical roadmap and business strategy.

You will drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and uphold ISO 9001 standards while reporting progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in chemistry or related scientific discipline and eight+ years in adhesives, coatings, polymers, formulations, or related fields.
• Proven experience in technical management and leading mid-to-senior teams.
• Strong understanding of chemistry and applicable technologies.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences including business leaders.
• Sustainability, environment, health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the local technical team and day-to-day NPD and QC activities; mentor and train staff.
• Lead and manage regional project portfolio, coordinating with global teams.
