(SME) Subject Matter Expert - Mechanical – Part‑time

We are seeking a Technical Manager-I to join our team in any of our US office locations or remote. As a Technical Manager – Mechanical, you will be responsible for updating mechanical content for our Knowledge Den and Syska’s technical standards and specifications.

Job Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Technical Manager, you will provide your technical knowledge and produce mechanical standards as part of Syska Expert Teams and Knowledge Den.

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Creating Technical Content for our Knowledge Management Database called the Knowledge Den
• Creating/Updating the Company’s Specifications
• Creating/Updating the Company’s Standard Details
• Creating/Updating firmwide Calculation Spreadsheets
• Training / Mentoring Junior Engineers
• Helping our software engineers develop Copilot for Knowledge Den

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from an Accredited Institution
• 15+ years’ experience working in a consulting firm; this is a Senior level role that requires a background in the MEP Engineering Industry
• Part‑time position – Less than 20 hours a week.
