Job summary

The role ensures adherence to accreditation standards, quality, and regulatory expectations while supporting continuous improvement of standards.

Qualifications include a degree in a relevant field, strong GMP knowledge, and experience with audits and certification procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP and quality management systems.
• Experience in certification bodies, standards development, or conformity assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to auditors to ensure impartiality, competence, and consistency in certification outcomes.
• Develop and improve standards, procedures, and SOPs for certification activities and audit protocols.
• Manage auditors, including recruitment support, objective setting, training, and performance management.
