The role involves providing expert guidance for the delivery of a Life Platform Transformation, managing a development team, and collaborating with clients during the design and development phases. Candidates should have 6 to 10+ years of experience, particularly in the US insurance domain, and possess skills in Java Springs Batch, Web Services, and ETL-Datastage.

Hands on experience in Java Springs Batch & Web Services, XML/XSL XPath, IMS DB2, ETL-Datastage.

Database – Oracle PL/SQL and DB2

Knowledge in Recurring Payment System for Insurance

Insurance Domain Experience – preferably US Insurance Domain

Qualifications

• Experience Required 6 to 10+ Yrs
• To provide expert guidance for delivery of Life Platform Transformation to ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform) / Navisys.
• Manage & Guide the development team throughout the implementation
• To understand client environment and collaborate with customers during Design/Development phases
• Propose various solution options and engage in solutions discussion with customer and product vendors.
• Understand the existing platform landscape and work with the SMEs to devise the technical solution & approach
• Create and manage execution plan for the transformation
• Conduct Workshops, walkthroughs and meeting involving IT and Business stakeholders
