Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design and manage pipelines, automation, and monitoring across environments up to production cutover. You will implement CI/CD for database and application changes, enforce DevSecOps controls, and automate environment promotions with robust runbooks.

You will set up monitoring, alerts, and automation for deployments, including rollbacks and test runs with QA, while keeping releases synchronized across teams and maintaining release

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of DevOps experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build CI/CD pipelines for database code, application changes and infrastructure code.
• Add DevSecOps controls: code and security scanning, secrets handling and approval gates.
• Automate environment promotion (Dev, SIT, UAT, Stage, Prod) and the cutover runbook steps.
• Set up monitoring and alerting (uptime, replication lag, errors) with alerts to PagerDuty and email.
• Automate deployments, rollbacks and test runs with the QA team.
• Keep this project’s code in step with other teams’ releases (compare and merge before each phase deployment).
• Maintain runbooks and release documentation.

Build the pipelines, automation and monitoring that move database and application changes safely through every environment, up to production cutover.

Responsibilities

• Build CI/CD pipelines for database code, application changes and infrastructure code.
• Add DevSecOps controls: code and security scanning, secrets handling and approval gates.
• Automate environment promotion (Dev, SIT, UAT, Stage, Prod) and the cutover runbook steps.

Required Skills

• 4+ years in DevOps, with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines or similar).
• Scripting (Bash or Python) and Git branching and merge workflows.
• Monitoring tools and alert design.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Terraform pipelines.

Nice to have

• Database change tooling (Liquibase or Flyway).
• Security scanning tools (Guardium or similar).
• Experience with PostgreSQL or CDC pipelines.
• Healthcare or regulated environments.
