Imagine spending your day diving into the heart of our manufacturing operations. As a Technical Machinery Maintenance Expert, every day presents a new challenge. You'll troubleshoot complex machinery, ensuring seamless functionality while supporting our continuous improvement goals.

Your Impact Will Be :

  • To ensure our CNC machines and equipment run smoothly with minimal downtime through precise troubleshooting and repairs.
  • To meticulously document maintenance actions and ensure safety remains at the forefront of all operations.
  • To support our Lean initiatives and lead or assist in special projects that optimize our processes.
  • To maintain an organized approach in sourcing and inventory management for essential parts and equipment.

What We Seek :

  • Five years of hands-on experience with CNC machining maintenance, with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Proficient in using computers, especially within a Windows environment.
  • The ability to manage physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs and maintaining safety as a core value.
  • Must submit to and satisfactorily pass any pre-employment screening required for employment with the Company.
  • A high school diploma is required. Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools and techniques is a plus.
