Summary Description

Experience in operating and setting up Production Machinery by completing the process from start to finish.

Representative Duties

• Experience operating CNC Machine and other in line production machinery including the ability to operate and set up multiple machines: 5 axes saws & Robots & CNC routers.
• Working with technical set-ups on machines.
• Measure and set up tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
• Accurately adjust machine setting(s) to complete tasks according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
• Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Machine Operator field.
• Set up and calibrate tools from scratch, including drawing profile measuring and calibrating as full 7 tool set.
• Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part and sample work pieces.
• Maintain specifications by observing feed rates to density of the stone.
• Check machinery for cleanliness and proper working order, making minor adjustments as necessary and making appropriate notifications for repair.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Document actions by completing production and quality logs, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
