A BS in a scientific or engineering field with 15+ years of industry experience is required; a Master’s or PhD with 10+ years

Requirements

Candidates must possess a B.S. in a relevant scientific or engineering field with at least 15 years of industry experience, though a Master's or PhD with 10+ years is preferred. Extensive expertise in polymer science, extrusion and thermoforming processes, and structured problem-solving methodologies is required.
