Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions seeks a Technical Lead - Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s team in a remote contract role. You will guide a small development squad and own key features across mobile, web, and AI initiatives.

You will design and deliver scalable Flutter-based applications with Dart and JavaScript/TypeScript, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive quality through automated tests while working closely with the CTO to set and meet high standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on technical lead experience overseeing a small team
• 6-10 years developing consumer and enterprise applications for iOS, Android, and web platforms
• 6-10 years working with Flutter, Dart, and TypeScript/JavaScript in full-stack development
• Experience with cloud platforms and PaaS/FaaS architectures, preferably Google Cloud Platform and Firebase
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Highly self-directed and accountable, capable of mentoring others and taking full ownership of technical tasks

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features for mobile, web, and AI applications using Flutter and Google Cloud services
• Manage the full lifecycle of features — from design and development to testing, debugging, and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert product requirements into engaging user experiences and high-quality software
• Develop automated unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure product quality and performance
• Lead AI coding agents to automate routine development tasks
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, guiding best practices and technical growth
• Work closely with the CTO to meet high standards and deliver impactful solutions
• Focus on new portal development, feature enhancements, and leveraging agentic AI technologies

SALARY

$70-80/hour (depending on experience)
