Fidelity Technology Services LLC seeks a Software Engineering Manager / Technical Lead to lead and transform its Simulation & Training software development organization. This player-coach role will own engineering culture and architecture standards across the S&T portfolio while remaining embedded on one or more programs as a technical lead and product owner.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 6–12 years of progressive software development experience; 2+ years in technical lead/engineering management.
• Proficiency in C/C++, C#, Python and modern frameworks for simulation/embedded systems.
• Proven Agile/Scrum leadership with sprint planning, backlog mgmt and PI planning.
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains and Git workflows; knowledge of DoD CDRLs.
• Strong communication and program-status presentation to leadership and customers.
• U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance or eligibility; Top Secret preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own software architecture decisions across S&T portfolio and enforce coding standards.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional development team with performance reviews.
• Drive Agile shift, stand up Scrum ceremonies, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
• Serve as embedded technical lead and product owner on active programs; manage backlog.
• Translate requirements into epics and stories with traceability to contract CDRLs.
• Lead technical content in proposals, OTA submissions, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with Technical Director on workforce shaping and compliance.
