PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Guidewire team, delivering end-to-end Guidewire implementations for insurance clients. You’ll drive strategy to execution, grow PwC’s Guidewire practice, and lead cross-border teams with a focus on PolicyCenter, Billing Center and Claim Center capabilities.

You will work in a flexible environment, mentoring teams, coordinating deployments, and applying best practices in software architecture and integration.

Qualifications

• Enterprise system integration experience, Insurance domain background preferred.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud; PolicyCenter preferred; Billing Center and Claim Center considered.
• Experience with Guidewire Digital, Integration and Data Technologies (Jutro, Data Studio, Explore, Integration Gateway, etc)
• Experience in software architecture and design patterns
• Knowledge in Guidewire platform technologies and tools (Guidewire Cloud Console, Gosu scripting, PCFs, Data Model, Visual Code Studio/JetBrains, JMS, JSON,NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Rest API, Git/Bitbucket)
• Experience with databases (Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres) and SQL knowledge
• Understanding of platforms that integrate with Guidewire (ECM, finance solutions, middleware)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience coordinating build, deployment, and code merge activities
• Experience translating client requirements into viable solutions
• Experience in technical problem solving and triaging defects

Responsabilités

• Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations for insurance clients.
• Oversee Guidewire Cloud, PolicyCenter, Billing Center and Claim Center activities.
• Coordinate build, deployment, and code merge with client SMEs.

Our Guidewire team focuses on delivering Guidewire implementation services to Insurance clients. We deliver end to end Guidewire suite implementations, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. As an expert in Guidewire PolicyCenter , you’ll lead a team that will help clients harness technology systems in financial services focusing on areas such as insurance, sales performance management, retirement and pension, asset management, and banking & capital markets. In our Guidewire team, you’ll also be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background
• Experience on Guidewire Cloud, PolicyCenter preferred. Billing Center and Claim Center considered. Experience on Guidewire cloud concepts is preferred
• Experience in Guidewire Digital, Integration and Data Technologies (Jutro, Data Studio, Explore, Integration Gateway, etc)
• Experience in software architecture and design patterns
• Knowledge in Guidewire platform technologies and tools (Guidewire Cloud Console, Gosu scripting, PCFs, Data Model, Visual Code Studio/JetBrains, JMS, JSON,NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Rest API, Git/Bitbucket)
• Experience on any database Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres and well versed in SQL
• Understanding of key platforms that integrate with Guidewire e.g. electronic content management solutions, finance solutions, middleware, etc.
• Strong understanding and experience of software development best practices
• Strong business communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and team leading
• Experience with coordinating build, deployment, and code merge activities
• Experience working with client business SMEs to understand the requirements and translate them into viable solutions
• Experience in technical problem solving and triaging including design and development defects
