Job summary

Sadient, a San Francisco-based fintech company, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer / Technical Lead to shape the architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver a scalable consumer finance platform. You will own end-to-end technical decisions and drive collaboration across product, design, and operations.

The role requires 7–10 years building web and mobile apps, leading teams, and hands-on work with React/TypeScript, Python, Go or Rust, Postgres, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years building and shipping consumer-facing mobile and/or web applications with meaningful full-stack exposure (e.g., React/TypeScript, Python, Go/Rust, Postgres, AWS, modern CI/CD).
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical outcomes as a hands-on Technical Lead.
• Collaborate across product, design, and operations; mentor the team and grow capabilities.
• Define architecture and engineering standards; lead delivery of a secure, scalable product.
