Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years building and shipping consumer-facing mobile and/or web applications with full-stack exposure (e.g., React/TypeScript, Python, Go/Rust, Postgres, AWS, modern CI/CD).
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and engineering standards for the product.
• Lead delivery of a performant, reliable, and secure platform from ground up.
• Grow and mentor the team; collaborate with product, design, and operations.
• Work directly with founders and scale across platforms as needed.
