Job summary

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers to shape technical direction, ensure quality, and scale the system in a cloud environment.

You will mentor teammates, drive code reviews, and uphold architectural standards while delivering secure, performant software across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of full-stack development experience (Java/Spring Boot backend and React/Angular frontend).
• Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience leading technical projects or teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery: oversee technical direction and ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
• Technical Leadership: serve as technical authority, review architecture and code decisions, enforce standards.
• Collaboration & Communication: define scope with PMs and translate client needs into high-impact solutions.
• Mentorship & Team Development: mentor engineers, onboard new hires, improve processes and tooling.
