Job summary

Tata Technologies in Detroit is seeking an experienced PLM software engineer to design and develop Product Lifecycle Management systems and architecture, aligning with customer needs, existing systems, and legacy environments.

The role involves debugging, root-cause analysis, and delivering technical solutions via configuration, customization, and upgrades, plus ensuring hardware and software compatibility and performing server/workstation installs and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering field.
• 3 years of design and development experience in DS suite of 3D Experience products (ENOVIA, CATIA, and/or DELMIA).
• Experience with Enterprise Modules of 3D Experience and collaboration tools (GitLab, TFS, ClearCase, SVN, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PLM software systems and architecture.
• Debug code, address system issues, and implement solutions via configuration, customization, and upgrades.
• Check hardware/software compatibility per OEM specs for PLM apps.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering field and 3 years of design and development experience in DS suite of 3D Experience products (ENOVIA, CATIA, and/or DELMIA). Experience must include:

• 3 years of experience in Enterprise Modules of 3D Experience.
• 3 years of experience with GitLab, TFS, Clear Case, SVN and JIRA.
• 3 years of experience designing, documenting, coding, user training, testing, and maintaining software computing applications.
• 3 years of experience in product development in Automotive domain.

Telework: May be authorized for part-time or full-time telecommuting

Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel required

BASE SALARY RANGE: $122,071.92 per year. Regional salary adjustments for CA, CO, NY and WA states are base + 20% - 30%.
