Job summary

Sapear Inc. is seeking a hands-on .NET Technical Lead to own enterprise applications, drive architectural improvements, and mentor onsite and offshore developers in Las Vegas.

You will lead production troubleshooting, design, and delivery of critical systems while collaborating with QA, product, and business stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years of .NET experience, 3+ years in a technical leadership role, and strong communication skills for cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on C#/.NET/.NET Core.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
• Strong hands-on production troubleshooting and application support experience.
• Experience debugging complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing technical escalations.
• Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise and legacy applications in production.
• Experience with .NET Core, Web API, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Cloud environments and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Understanding of software architecture patterns, object-oriented design, testing principles, and engineering best practices.
• Experience leading and coordinating onsite and offshore teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work independently in an onsite lead capacity.
