Role Overview:

This role requires a hands-on technical leader to manage and grow a data infrastructure engineering team. The candidate will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data processing and batch systems to support organizational needs, collaborating with Product, Data Science, and ML teams.

Responsibilities include:

1. Data Infrastructure:

• Lead a team responsible for large-scale data processing and ads batch processing.
• Support data needs of internal and external customers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, distributed systems.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Set goals, drive performance, and recruit top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Technical Expertise:

• Experience in building large-scale data pipelines, streaming data, data governance, and serving data for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency with database schema design and tech stack including BigQuery, Dataflow, Kafka, Python, Java, etc.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in building large-scale distributed systems.
• 2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Background in AdTech.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Deep expertise in GCP.
• Familiarity with data processing for ML.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $179,340—$269,010 USD, with a comprehensive benefits package. We are committed to inclusive hiring and a diverse workforce.
