You will lead complex process design efforts, guide multidisciplinary teams, and shape solutions that advance sustainability, efficiency, and client value.

This employee‑owned firm offers a hybrid work model with two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 10 years of engineering experience in investigation, planning, design, construction, and commissioning with relevant consulting experience.
• PE license required.
• Experience across industrial water/wastewater, mechanical infrastructure, process automation, or process design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Technical Lead on complex industrial projects (water/wastewater, facilities, metals finishing).
• Establish overall process design and develop process flow diagrams.
• Oversee development of water and mass balances for projects.
• Direct bench and pilot testing of treatment systems.
• Prepare analyses, coordinate multi-disciplinary design delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from planning through startup.
• Coordinate activities across planning, design, and construction phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a collegial environment.
• Travel to client sites and other offices as needed.
