Overview

Technical Lead (Hands-On Distributed Systems) – NYC (HQ) – Flexible – Full-Time

We are looking for a Technical Lead to shape the high-performance trading systems powering our periodic auction matching infrastructure. This is an engineering-first leadership role where you'll spend the majority of your time building production software while guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and leading some of our most challenging initiatives.

Technology & Expertise

We build production systems in Rust and are seeking engineers with meaningful Rust, C++, or Java experience, particularly from backend or systems-oriented environments. We are also hiring exceptional Systems Engineers interested in tackling low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems at scale.
