Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Lead Manager for PIE Core Systems and Capacity Assurance in Austin, TX. You will own outcomes, set technical direction, and lead a team of engineers across platforms infrastructure, reliability, and capacity planning to scale Google's fleet.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive roadmaps, review designs and code, and partner with product and platform teams to deliver resilient systems. A bachelor's degree plus extensive software and embedded systems experience is required.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience in test automation and failure analysis.
• Experience in embedded systems and software development.
