Job summary
Talon Professional Services seeks a Technical Lead to helm BPM and Appian-based initiatives in Jersey City. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable process automation, leading integration efforts across cloud and on-premise systems.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in Java/J2EE and BPM, with Appian expertise, microservices knowledge, and strong leadership to drive enterprise solutions. This hybrid role offers onsite collaboration three days weekly.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Java/J2EE and BPM platforms.
- Appian BPM expertise with process modeling, SAIL, and integrations.
- Design enterprise BPM workflows, case management, and automation.
- Knowledge of microservices and REST API integrations.
- Hands-on with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD with Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
- Experience with AI developer tools (AWS Kiro, Amazon Q, Copilot).
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
- Strong UI/UX architecture for workflow design and usability.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
