Job summary

The role centers on leading major software development projects, delivering Java-based solutions, and mentoring engineers across teams. The candidate will act as an architect for cross-functional solutions, collaborate with vendors, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to 24/7 on-call support as part of rotating duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/CE/SE or related field with 9+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Proven lead software engineer experience for projects using Java and Spring stack.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with architecting solutions across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide key technical contributions for major products and applications in Java or related languages.
• Lead software Engineer on projects in new markets or with new tech.
• Mentor engineers and guide teams across disciplines.
• Architect solutions spanning multiple groups and vendors.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive process improvements.
