You will mentor a development team, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and other stakeholders.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Microservices, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in Technical Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Developer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Microservices, React, Next.js.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation activities.
• Strong code review and technical mentoring experience.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the implementation and delivery of our software solutions. This role will provide technical leadership to a development team, ensuring high-quality implementation of features, adherence to engineering standards, and successful collaboration with architects, product owners, QA, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience with Node.js, Microservices, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, along with experience working in Agile development environments. This individual will be a player‑coach who contributes to development efforts while mentoring team members and driving engineering excellence.

Compensation Range: $140,000 to $160,000 + Bonus.

Salary range reflects the Jersey City, NJ market & compensation may vary based on geographic location

You Will

You Have
