Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of production‑grade Agentic AI solutions.

• Develop and integrate enterprise applications using .NET / C# and modern API/microservices architectures.
• Design, deploy, and optimize solutions on AWS cloud.
• Drive solutions from POC through production, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Integrate Agentic AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and AWS services.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, business, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strong hands‑on technologist with expertise in Agentic AI, .NET, and AWS, along with excellent communication and technical leadership skills. This person should have demonstrated experience taking AI solutions from concept/POC to production in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of production‑grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI agents, multi‑agent workflows, RAG solutions, tool/function calling, and LLM‑based applications.
• Develop and integrate enterprise applications using .NET / C# and modern API/microservices architectures.
• Design, deploy, and optimize solutions on AWS cloud.
• Drive solutions from POC/prototype through production, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Integrate Agentic AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and AWS services.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience building and deploying production‑grade Agentic AI / AI Agent solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration.
• Strong .NET / C# development experience with enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong AWS experience with cloud‑native application development and deployment.
• Experience with AI/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent.
• Strong software engineering, architecture, and system design fundamentals.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, observability, security, and governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred AWS / Technical Experience

• AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, or equivalent.
• Experience integrating AWS Bedrock or other enterprise GenAI services with .NET applications.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure automation, and cloud security.
• Experience with enterprise‑scale AI modernization and cloud transformation.

Preferred

• Experience delivering enterprise‑scale GenAI / Agentic AI solutions from POC to production.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and working directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong ability to balance hands‑on engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.
