Job summary

MY HR seeks a Technical Lead in Washington, DC to guide OneStream initiatives across budgeting and planning use cases for federal clients. The role requires leadership of cross-functional development teams and delivering scalable OneStream solutions within an agile framework.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of OneStream experience, certification(s), and a proven track record of mentoring teams while driving project delivery in a fast-paced environment in the DC area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OneStream experience supporting budgeting, planning, and/or federal use cases.
• Experience leading development teams through the design and build of OneStream solutions.
• Experience delivering solutions within an agile software development lifecycle.
• At least one OneStream certification.

Required qualifications

Preferred qualifications

• Deep expertise in OneStream extensibility, advanced customization, and complex integrations
• Experience integrating OneStream with ERP, data-warehouse, and other enterprise platforms
• Experience mentoring developers and coordinating technical work across teams
• 3+ years working within multi-system application landscapes
• Additional OneStream certifications
