Job summary

The Abbey seeks a Technical Lead to drive the Verification team's ground-up re-architecture using Golang, React, and cloud platforms. You will lead real-time facial recognition system development and mentor a talented team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Hybrid working from home is available, with emphasis on scalable, maintainable systems, high quality documentation, and strong collaboration with architects and stakeholders to deliver robust verification tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Commercial experience leading development solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring and coaching a software team.
• Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang or Typescript, or similar technologies.
• Proven ability to deliver high-availability, multi-user, service-based systems.
