Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Software Engineer for the Offers team to build real-time, event-driven systems that power personalized bonus mechanics for 140 million+ monthly users. You’ll work on a full-stack, low-latency microservices stack in a high-traffic, cloud-based environment.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to propose solutions, drive software innovation, and improve system reliability while embracing AI-assisted development workflows. Hybrid work applies with Platte St location.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience within web clients and server-side development using Go, Typescript, React, Kafka, and SQL.
• Experience and passion for using AI technologies to enhance software development productivity.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to stakeholders across different areas of the Business.
• Experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding of developer tooling including automated testing and CI/CD systems.
• Experience working with high-traffic production systems and evolving business requirements

Job Description

As a Software Engineer on the Offers team, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining real-time, event-based systems that power some of the most commercially valuable moments in our product. Offers is where marketing strategy meets engineering execution: it is the platform the business relies on to create, target, and deliver personalized bonus mechanics quickly and easily to our 140 million+ monthly active users. The features you ship here have a direct, measurable impact on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. When Offers succeeds, bet365 succeeds.

Your role and how you will grow

We are a full stack team. As such, we offer opportunities to expand your skillset and work with low-latency, highly available microservices that serve intense loads of traffic. You will directly contribute to solution proposals, identify areas of technical improvement, implement with innovative tooling, and deploy to complex distributed cloud infrastructure.

Compensation And Benefits

• Annual base salary for this role will be between $90,000-$135,000
• Discretionary annual personal performance-based bonus
• 20 days PTO, plus 12 US holidays and your birthday.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
