Insight Global is seeking a Technical Lead for a leading manufacturing client. This hands-on leader will serve as the bridge between Solution Architects and Developers, driving technical direction, code quality, governance, and application delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS, Docker, GitLab, and CI/CD, along with proven Tech Lead experience, and will remain actively involved in coding, mentoring developers, solving complex technical

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development and leadership.
• Hands-on development experience with technical governance.
• Experience with React and Typescript front-ends.
• Experience deploying apps in AWS and integrating with ERP systems (ECC, SAP HANA, SAP Commerce/Hybris).

• Drive technical direction, code quality, governance, and delivery of applications.

Employment: 12-15 Month Contract, Conversion possible

Pay Range: $60-$68

Location: Hybrid - Tampa, FL (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

Must-Haves

• 8+ years of experience; 4/5 as a senior developer and 3/4 years a Tech lead
• Experience providing technical leadership/governance
• Must still be hands-on with development
• Core Technologies
• Frontend: React, Typescript
• Understanding of how applications are deployed and supported in AWS environments
• Understanding of integration with a ERP, including ECC, APO, SAP HANA, SAP Commerce, or Hybris.
