SEI Wealth Platform is seeking a Technical Lead for Data Governance to design, develop, and support data frameworks including archive, purge, masking, and lineage. You will lead architectural direction and partner with data architects, security, and operations to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

You will drive multi-tier cloud-native data pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Kubernetes, while mentoring developers and ensuring high quality code and production readiness.

This position requires a foundation of software development knowledge, and the ability to work in an Agile team environment and expand existing development skills through technical project work. You should be adaptable, possess a wide range of technical skills, and demonstrate the ability to understand financial services business requirements. You should be able to deliver individual code as well as technically lead a team of developers; and can switch context quickly and efficiently with project managers, database engineers, technical operations and other platform personnel. **What you will do:*** Develop and design technical solutions based on reading and understanding business and functional requirements for the SWP Data Governance Frameworks – Data Archive & Purge, Masking, Data sub-setting.* Define and implement data governance patterns for archive, purge, masking, data sub-setting, retention, lineage, metadata, and auditability.* Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural direction for scalable, secure, and maintainable data governance solutions.* Partner with data architects, platform teams, security, operations, and business stakeholders to validate solution design and delivery approach.* Build validation, reconciliation, exception handling, and monitoring controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and traceability.* Support operational readiness through runbooks, support procedures, production monitoring, and knowledge transfer materials.* Produce high-quality code to meet all project deadlines and ensure the functionality matches the requirements* Analyze and resolve issues found during the testing or pre-production phases of the software delivery lifecycle; coordinating changes with project team leaders and cross-work team members* Provide technical leadership to project team members and respond to inquiries regarding errors or questions about programs* Suggest and implement process improvements for estimating, development and testing processes.
