Acquire Me in New York is seeking a Tech Lead to guide the rebuild of a flagship OTC trading platform. You will architect and implement scalable backend services, align with business stakeholders, and drive delivery across pre-trade through settlement.

You will work with seasoned trading technology specialists, tackle high-impact challenges around scalability and fault tolerance, and own critical decisions that shape enterprise trading infrastructure for years to come.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of modern Java backend engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, asynchronous processing and scalable system design.
• Engineers who have built reliable, fault-tolerant platforms in demanding environments.

A leading systematic trading firm is rebuilding its OTC trading platform and is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to help deliver and deploy this flagship programme of work.

This team is modernising the firm's trading infrastructure across the full trade lifecycle-from pre-trade through execution, post-trade, clearing and settlement-with a long-term vision of creating a single enterprise trading platform.
