Qualifications

• Maintain active enrollment in a bachelor’s degree or higher degree program.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to complete a minimum 10‑week internship, beginning no later than June 1

Responsibilities

• Assists Technical or IT teams with assigned projects, systems, and technology initiatives
• Supports analysis of systems, applications, data, or technical processes
• Helps develop, test, document, implement, or improve technology solutions
• Assists with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support activities
• Supports data analysis, reporting, automation, or process improvement initiatives
• Collaborates with technical teams and business partners to understand needs and develop solutions
• Helps identify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience, security, or efficiency
• Contributes to projects involving emerging technologies, digital tools, or technology enhancements
• Creates or updates technical documentation, reports, procedures, or other project materials
• Develops technical, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills through hands‑on experience
• Presents project work, findings, and recommendations to team members and leadership
• Takes ownership of assigned work, asks thoughtful questions, and actively seeks opportunities to learn and contribute
• Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned
