Job summary

Mission One is seeking a Technical Intelligence Analyst to support advanced technical and intelligence production across SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and TECHINT mission areas. This role is ideal for analysts with deep technical curiosity and operational rigor—professionals who understand how systems and sensors work and can translate technical signatures into clear intelligence judgments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent technical intelligence experience.
• 3+ years of SIGINT/ELINT/MASINT/TECHINT exploitation or analysis.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Experience with operational reporting and technical intelligence standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis of signals, emissions, and technical phenomena.
• Characterize adversary sensors, emitters, and weapon systems from technical signatures.
• Translate findings into intelligence assessments and operational reporting.
• Support targeting, collection optimization, and capability assessments.
• Contribute to technical threat models, risk analysis, and adversary system profiling.
• Collaborate with multi-INT teams to produce actionable products for customers.
