Job summary

Switch Tech Talent is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive systems integration across customer systems, partners and services in a hybrid Beverly, MA setting. You will turn complex needs into practical specs for delivery teams and own integration analysis through rollout.

This technically focused role requires hands-on experience with APIs, data mappings and end-to-end data flows, plus strong collaboration with engineers, product teams, and external partners to ensure reliable

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Technical/Integration/Systems Analyst or similar role.
Experience analyzing or delivering integrations between software systems including APIs and third-party platforms.
Familiarity with integration methods like webhooks, file/batch exchange, and SFTP.

Responsibilities

Lead integration discovery with customers, partners, and third-party suppliers.
Review API docs, interface specs, data models, and system behavior to identify gaps and solutions.
Document end-to-end data flows, mappings, rules, validation, error handling, and retries.
Translate business needs into functional/technical specs, flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support delivery through testing, QA, and rollout with engineering and UAT teams.
