Lucid Motors in Roswell, GA is seeking a Technical Training Instructor for the East Region Service. The on-site role focuses on EV diagnostics and repair, delivering high-quality instructor-led training to technicians at the Roswell Service Center five days a week.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of automotive technical training, 5+ years in repair, and an Associate’s degree in automotive or equivalent. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years plus of technical training in the automotive field.
• 5+ years of working in the automotive repair industry.
• Associate’s degree in automotive or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Deep understanding of basic electrical skills, network diagnostics and high voltage systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and teach a diverse audience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work from the service center in Roswell GA.
• Willingness to travel to provide on-site training and support at facilities both nationally and internationally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements and technologies.
• ASE Certifications are encouraged and advantageous
• Certifications in electric/hybrid vehicle repair are advantageous
• General understanding of the training development process
• Previous OEM training experience preferred
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software

• Work with technical team to stay up to date on the latest procedures and best practices
• Comply with all Lucid safety rules, guidelines, and quality standards
• Some international travel is necessary

The Technical Training Instructor position requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and highly organized. Individuals should have a passion for and a deep understanding of Electrical vehicle diagnostics and repair and must possess outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Roswell GA is a central training hub where technicians come to refine their skills.

This role is fully on-site at the Lucid Service Center in Roswell, GA. It is not a remote or hybrid position, and team members are required to be on-site five days per week.

Salary Range

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$69,900 - $96,140 USD
