Job summary

WorkforceLinc is seeking experienced aviation, GSE and industrial maintenance professionals to become Technical Instructors nationwide.

In this role you will deliver hands-on training, share real-world troubleshooting experience, and help technicians build confidence and skill. Candidates should be willing to travel across the United States to teach and influence the next generation of technicians.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in aviation, GSE or industrial maintenance.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach technicians.
• Strong communication and instructional abilities.
