We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Herndon, VA or Seattle, WA to oversee data center build projects. The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager will lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The role requires judgment, negotiation skills, influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non‑value‑add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and accelerate project delivery.
Lead cross‑functional technical teams throughout all project phases, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, requirements gathering, budget development, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Use strong communication skills to articulate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
Apply project management tools, methodologies, and techniques for scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management, and develop metrics and reporting.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and network engineering disciplines, ensuring design feasibility and integration with existing infrastructure.
The base salary range for this position is \$127,100.00 - \$171,900.00 USD annually.
