Ladders is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Delivery - Network Deployment Manager to lead planning and execution of network infrastructure deployments supporting both creative and corporate operations.

You will partner with engineering, business stakeholders, and external vendors to move initiatives from design through commissioning, requiring strong technical leadership and disciplined project execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical project/program management experience in deploying networks or technical infrastructure solutions.
• Strong strategic planning skills to align deployment strategies with organizational goals while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Proven ability to build relationships as a technical liaison between engineers and business stakeholders for successful program delivery.
• Excellent communication skills tailored for technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience leading end-to-end project management including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking for network infrastructure deployments.
• Ownership of low-voltage infrastructure and Layer 1 design, managing vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in coordinating various design and construction teams while holding them accountable for project deliverables.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Delivery - Network Deployment Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will guide the planning and execution of network infrastructure deployments that support both creative and corporate operations. The position will partner closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and external vendors to keep complex infrastructure initiatives moving from design through commissioning. Success in this role will require strong technical leadership, disciplined project execution, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Location: Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $290,000 - $460,000 annually
