As we scale, delivering exceptional integrations is critical to our success. This is where you come in. As our Technical Implementation / Integration Manager, you will lead the delivery of our solutions for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration with their existing systems.

You'll work closely with clients' IT and finance teams, internal product managers, and our customer success function to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

This is a technical, customer-facing role perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, technical delivery, and client success.

Tasks
  • Own technical implementations: Lead client onboarding and technical integration projects end-to-end.
  • Client management: Act as the main technical contact for client teams, building trust throughout the implementation process.
  • Project management: Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
  • Integration expertise: Connect BANQR solutions with client ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Technical enablement: Build integration playbooks, documentation, and training materials.
  • Risk management: Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and solutions.
  • Continuous improvement: Gather feedback to improve implementation processes.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in technical implementation or ERP integration
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, or B2B tech environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Very good German and English skills.
