Swiss Re - Schweizerische Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft is seeking a Technical Design Consultant to lead the technical design and integration of Magnum XP for client deployments across North America. You will drive pre-sales engagements, provide technical support to audiences, and collaborate with clients’ IT staff, SI partners, and cross-functional teams.

As a Technical Design Consultant, you will be at the heart of delivering Magnum XP — Swiss Re's industry-leading automated underwriting solution — to client companies across North America. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where your technical expertise will directly shape how our clients integrate and benefit from one of the most innovative tools in the life insurance space. You will be part of the Magnum XP Americas team, sitting within the Life and Health Solutions unit at Swiss Re. Our team is dedicated to implementing and delivering Magnum XP — Swiss Re's suite of underwriting tools — to client companies across US, Canada and Latin America. Magnum XP plays a pivotal role in our clients' risk management strategies, enabling optimized operational processes and laying the groundwork for future growth. Reporting to the Head of L&H UW Solutions, America, you will join a collaborative, globally connected team that is experiencing an exciting period of growth, with significant new client activity.

The estimated base salary range for this position for Armonk, NY is between $161,000 to $269,000 and for Fort Wayne, IN and Kansas City, MO, the range is between $150,000 to $250,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, "short-and long-term incentives", and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week; however, for an exceptional candidate, the role may be performed remotely within the USA.
