We are seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Implementation team. As a Technical Implementation Analyst, you will collaborate with Filing Compliance Analysts, Insurance Product Managers and Engineers, with the goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses nationwide. The salary range displayed on this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education or training. NEXT employees are eligible for our benefits package, including a partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave, and more.
