Job summary

R3 Strategic Support Grp seeks a Technical Imagery Specialist to edit and prepare imagery for Munition Technical Reports under AXC guidance. You'll remove backgrounds, build composites, and create cutaways for technical engineering, reverse engineering, and threat analysis.

You will deliver imagery training, track reports, maintain image libraries, and ensure consistency with report layouts while keeping layered master files for revision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree desired or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Advanced Photoshop proficiency: precision cut-outs, masking, and multi-image compositing.
• Experience producing technical, product or scientific imagery.
• Desired experience with 3D scanning and photogrammetry.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Remove backgrounds from component photographs to produce clean cut-outs.
• Build composite images from separately photographed components (reconstructed assemblies, cutaway and exploded views).
• Retouch and color-correct imagery for consistency across reports.
• Insert labels, callouts and measurements as requested by the report author.
• Prepare images for publication and export for reports; maintain layered master files.
