Job summary

JobRunr, located in Leuven, seeks an all-round Growth Marketer to own the marketing funnel—from open-source users to JobRunr Pro customers. You will manage paid social funnels, create organic content, and engage developer communities.

Qualifications

• Proactive experienced marketer with a track record in technical marketing.
• Experience with paid social funnels and data-driven advertising.
• Comfortable analyzing data to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Set up Paid Ads Funnels on LinkedIn and Reddit to drive trials and awareness.
• Create Organic Content for LinkedIn, Bluesky, and technical blog; use branding templates in visuals.
• Engage with communities on Reddit and developer hangouts; share updates and our journey.
• Run ABM campaigns including personalized outreach to high-intent leads.
• Coordinate YouTube content and live webinars; basic video editing with Adobe Premiere.
