Responsibilities

• Administers lab operations and completes formulation activities and standards.
• Ensures paint quality meets established product specifications.
• Documents development work and presents reports to customers.
• Maintains regular travel to customer or OEM sites for programs and launches.
• Manages priorities and aligns with department goals.
