Position: Technical / Grammatical Document Reviewer - REMOTE

Location: Vicksburg, MS

SOL Engineering Services, LLC is an engineering and technical services provider with over 20 years of experience. We are seeking a Technical / Grammatical Document Reviewer to evaluate draft documents, analyze graphics and technical information, and provide feedback to authors regarding technical accuracy and grammatical correctness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field demonstrating skills in reviewing written material, grammar, formatting, organization, and technical content.
• Strong technical knowledge related to engineering and scientific research.
• Experience reviewing technical reports, papers, journal articles, manuals, abstracts, technical letters, and presentations.
• Ability to format, edit, and proofread documents under tight deadlines, ensuring consistency and quality.
• U.S. citizenship, ability to pass background checks, obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, and a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and solid mathematics knowledge are desirable.

Work may be performed in an office or remotely. No travel is required.
