Position: Technical / Grammatical Document Reviewer - REMOTE

Location: Vicksburg, MS

We are seeking a Technical / Grammatical Document Reviewer to review draft documents, analyze graphic and technical information, and provide feedback to authors regarding technical accuracy and grammatical correctness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field with demonstrated skills in reviewing written material, ensuring proper grammar, formatting, organization, technical content, punctuation, and structure.
• Strong technical knowledge related to engineering and scientific research.
• Experience reviewing technical documents such as reports, papers, journal articles, military manuals, abstracts, technical letters, and presentations.
• Ability to format, edit, and proofread documents, ensuring they meet established standards under tight deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship, ability to pass a background check, obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, and valid driver’s license.
• Solid mathematics skills and basic computer proficiency are desirable.
• Work may be performed in an office setting with teleworking options; no travel required.
