Responsibilities:

• Support technical sales efforts with system design and application support.
• Perform startup, commissioning, testing, and service activities for installed systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment, controls, wiring, and communication-related issues.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits and recommend improvements or corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver training on system installation, operation, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Field experience in mechanical, electrical, controls, HVAC, plumbing, or related technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field environments.
