Role: Technical Fellow

The Technical Fellow is the most senior technologist in our consulting organization. This role requires a passion for technology, a desire to help customers extract maximum value from their engineering activities, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to executive leadership. The Fellow acts as a strategic technology advisor—often the CTO for client accounts—while also leading internal innovation and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead large strategic programs from a technical perspective.
• Establish architectural patterns across the entire program.
• Set vision and communicate it to customers.
• Oversee overall quality and ensure technical alignment.
• Mentor Junior Engineers and assist them in their progression.
• Establish consistent thought leadership and innovation for customers.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Choose the correct technologies and ensure they are used properly.Onboard team members and set expectations.
• Set high standards, lead by example, and meet technical consultants where they are to exceed expectations.
• Lead workshops and ideation sessions with your customer.
• Build internal methodologies and advocate for newer ways of working.
• Work with sales specialists and service partners to build an account vision. Own the technical vision within an account.
• Continuously improve the developer experience for team members both internally and client-facing.
• Operate with a DevSecOps mindset, addressing security and compliance concerns in all feature development.
• Deep experience leading and participating in large-scale software development programs.
• Experience leading modernizations or transformations.
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns and how to apply them at scale (Event Driven, Microservices, SOA, Monolithic, Broker, etc.).
• Familiarity with major cloud providers and end-of-stack technologies (automation, platform engineering, custom development, front end engineering, etc.).
• Experience delivering native applications at scale (e.g., Android, iOS, Flutter).
• Experience building and delivering custom front‑end applications (e.g., Angular, React).
• Comfortable with using AI in custom software anywhere in the stack (dev experience, prompt engineering, etc.).
• Deep experience leading products rather than projects.
