Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for an Epic Analyst for a large healthcare client based in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have working experience building out, automating, maintaining, and tracking different modules within the Epic System. This specific position will be working with the Health Information Management module. Your duties will include:

• Provide support for projects, conveying build requirement considerations on behalf of HIM and across the Revenue Cycle Spectrum.
• Perform workflow analysis, work queue routing rules, use of billing indicators and system actions.
• Troubleshoot combine/uncombine logic scenarios impacting interfaces and work with vendors to support Solventum (aka 3MHIS) Encoder, Iodine, and Hyland OnBase.
• Create workflow documentation, present decision points to operations, and collaborate between IT Teams and Operational Service-lines.
• Perform both maintenance and build support, addressing incidents, requests, and project tasks as assigned.

The role is a 6-month contract to hire based in Jacksonville, FL. The schedule operates fully remote. The pay rate is $70-$75/ hour based on skillset and experience.
